浅谈电商物流最后一公里的配送

【摘要】“Last-Mile”logistical distribution has the characteristics of high costs and lousy serves.First of all,discussing dialectically the relationship between E -commerce and logistics from macroscopic view.On the one hand, logistics plays a fundamental and sustaining role on the

development of E-commerce.On the other hand,E-commerce brings new requirements and opportunities to logistics.In a word,they both support,promote and develop each other.Based on the relation,then analysing the primary problems and constraints about“Last-Mile”logistical distribution in current situation in both urban and

countryside region.In urban area,it's difficult that truck and lorry drive into city center freely.And the success rate of delivery is too low.In countryside area,basal facilities and equipments behind the demand and so on.Finally, putting forward to some corresponding solutions aiming at those influential factors.Adopting different self-help receiving method for different customer group while it's alternative to distribute common resources.And they could be delivered seasonably and moderately by public transportation.%物流“最后一公里”一直存在着配送成本高、服务质量差的特点。文中从宏观角度辩证地讨论了电子商务与物流的关系，物流对电子商务

具有基础支持作用，电子商务则带给物流新的要求以及新的发展机遇，两者之间相互支持、促进和发展。在此基础上，分析了城镇和农村地区最后一公里物流配送现状中存在的主要问题和制约其发展的原因：城镇快递车辆进城难，投递成功率低，农村基础设施设备落后等。最后针对这些影响因素，提出了相应的解决方案，即不同客户群体采用不同的自助提货方式，同时也可以选择共同配送模式，合理、适度利用公共交通。
