关于英文简历中工作经验的写法
许多人或许会认为，虽然许多大公司要求递交中英文简历，但是HR大都是中国人，所以只要把中文简历缔造好，英文简历只是走个过场，任凭弄一下就可以了。但是外企HR告知我们其实一名求职者最初发送的中英文简历会跟着他求职的整个过程，或许第一轮把关的是中国人。但是，一旦到后面几轮面试，面试官很可能是以英语为母语的人士，他们跟之前的面试官可能并没有沟通，而是完全依据你的简历和你的表现来作推断。这个时候，假如你的英文简历假如消失任何差错的话，那么就会使你的印象大打折扣，这样的后果往往可能变得特别严峻。
从英语简历中，企业还可以看出求职者的英语水平。假如简历中有拼写错误，那么用人单位既会质疑求职者的做事的仔细程度也会质疑他的英语水平。除了拼写错误，文法错误也是同学常常会犯的毛病，有的错误特别明显，让求职者糟糕的英文水平暴露无疑。 英语简历也能体现求职者对于外来文化的了解和接受程度。许多词语或说法是中国特有的，HR视角：外国人是肯定无法理解的。 RESUME
