写一篇南京的游记英语



Hello everyone,

I am so excited to share the fun and amazing things I did in Nanjing! I just came back after an incredible trip full of adventure and history.

My Nanjing visit began with a trip to the famous Xuanwu Lake. This lake has quite a bit of history to it, being originally built in the 6th century AD. It’s a beautiful lake, with lots of bridges and activities for people there. We rented a boat and went paddle-boating, and just enjoyed the serenity of the lake.

The next day, we decided to check out the Nanjing Museum. I was truly amazed by all the ancient artifacts, cultural relics, and sculptures on display. It was the perfect place to learn about the city’s history without having to read a single textbook. We also took a walk along the Qinhuai River, where we found a lot of interesting street performances.

The following day, we visited the Sun Yatsen Mausoleum. Located on the Purple Mountain, the mausoleum is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. We hiked up the mountain, passing historical sites and beautiful scenery


on the way. We even found a lovely tea pavilion at the top!

On our last day in Nanjing, we visited Qinhuai River night market. The market was full of stalls offering all kinds of local snacks, such as pork dumplings, caramelized sweet potatoes, and other treats. We also saw many traditional buildings and bridges lit up at night, making for quite a spectacle.

I enjoyed my time in Nanjing and can't wait to visit again!
