【摘 要】With the development of township coal mining enterprises and the continuous furtherance of reform., the fi- nancial management problems of township coal mines will become more prominent. How to solve these probloms？ The following is my view： one is to establish a high-quality working team, the second is to create a sound management and supervision mechanism,the third is to create a sound financial management system, the fourth is reinforcing the management of enterprises.%随着乡镇煤矿企业的发展，改革的不断深化，乡镇煤矿的财务管理问题将显得更加突出．笔者提出了解决办法：一是建立一支高素质的队伍；二是建立健全管理监督机制；三是建立健全财务管理制度；四是加强企业管理。 【总页数】3页(P59-61) 【作 者】胡成江
