【摘要】目的：探讨Q开关Nd：YAG激光与强脉冲光综合治疗方案对雀斑患者的治疗效果。方法：选取我院收治雀斑患者50例作为研究对象，随机分组，对照组25例，观察组25例。对照组应用Q开关Nd：YAG激光治疗，观察组同时加用强脉冲光治疗。对两组患者接受治疗1个月后的疗效进行判定并统计。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.00%，明显高于对照组76.00%，对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：激光与强脉冲光综合治疗方案对雀斑患者的治疗效果理想，值得推广。%Objective:To investigate the Q switch Nd: YAG laser and intense pulsed light treatment effect of comprehensive therapy on patients with freckles. Methods:Selecting 50 cases with freckles in the hospital as the research object, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Q switch Nd: YAG laser treatment, the observation group was treated with intense pulsed light at the same time. After 1 month, the curative effect of the patients in the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the

observation group was 92%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. There was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Laser and intense pulsed light has ideal treatment effect of

comprehensive treatment regimen for patients with freckles, so it is worthy of promotion.
