1.了解你要申请的公司,站在公司的立场上了解你自己:

每年都有那么多人给无数的公司发去同样的简历就我个人来看,这是非常低效率的,原因在于这些人没有把写简历和投简历这件事当那么一回事。

但是真正目的明确地投简历都是为每个公司量身订造一份简历也许你的事迹还是那些,是你一定要做一些修改。根据什么来修改呢?很简单,上这个公司的网站,或者谷歌,看看他们要什么样的品质的人。在我这个例子当中,PG对于职业经理人的要求首要的是领导力,其次是团队精神,因此我把这两个特点放在重中之重的位置,并且用一切经历过的事情去套这两个品质。换句话说,假设另外一个公司首先要求的是思维的敏捷和创新精神,我一定会用我的所有经历去套这样的两个品质。或者甚至是同样的事迹,但是从不同的角度去谈。句话总结:首先了解对方需求,然后再有针对性下笔。

2.态度最重要:

有很多人用撒网捞鱼的策略,但是并不有效。从心理上讲,简历我们都希望收到一个来自对方的信息反馈。但是现实是确实有很多公司不给反馈,或者胡乱给反馈。在这种环境下,有人就容易产生自暴自弃的情绪,不再认真面对每个细节,觉得无所谓,反正撒网,能捞到啥就是啥。

我要提出的是无论你要申请的公司是如何给你反馈的,或者预期,道听途说他们是怎么给反馈的,有针对性地仔细写自己的简历都能最大化你的成功率,如果你做出了这么多的努力,还是收到负面反馈,那么无非说明,要么这个公司要求的东西你没有,要么这个公司招聘程


序有问题。

其实大家要做的事情很简单:认真对待每一个机会,忽略无效的反馈。



3.简单明快:

所谓简历,一是要简,二是要历。简字,说白了,就是一页纸,千言万语汇集一页纸。我还记得我到深圳去参加市民中心举办的双选会的时候看到的那些千奇百怪的简历有的一份简历就是一本书那么厚,用十页把自己的学校从古至今的历史详细写下来,然后再加十页写自己的专业,其中每页详细写一门专业课,再用十页写自己从小学开始的经历,中间还穿插十艺术……

看看这份简历只用一页纸,就把所有的必要内容,包括学历工作个性都概况了,可谓虽简却历。



4.简历是八股文:

简历是八股文,一点也没错。除非你文采飞扬,否则在文字选用上面尽量简朴。一般来说介绍个人事迹的时候和小学时候写的流水帐差不多,用一句话把时间地点人物事件起因经过结果写清楚。

其中最重要的,无非是起因,经过,结果,一定要啊写得很清晰。

5.用数字说话:

数字是很有说服力的,大概人人都会承认这一点,但是一定有人会抱怨:我们才毕业哪有什么数字可以介绍?其实不然。财大的人对数字机会都有不错的感觉。但是我要强调的是,家一定要在平时生活中去注意对自己成绩的取证。比如增加了多少的信息量,水平提高了多少,都是可以量化的。如果你不懂怎么量化,可以上谷歌找找怎么量化自己的成就,如果谷歌上都找不到,那么恭喜你,请原创一个。(如果你能原创一个量化自己成就的方法,那么这个事情也可以写入自己的简历里面啦,可以套用创新精神,领导力等品质,恭喜恭喜)有些类型的数字这些公司都喜欢看到:79% of growth, 123 index versus year ago, rank #3......

6.突出强项,压缩弱点:

其实大家都懂应该突出强项压缩弱点。但是怎么做?我这位同学大学成绩不是特别突出的那种,英文也就一般,PG里面清华北大的人成打,财大的牌子也不够响亮。最好的办法是:不提成绩,一句话带过英文和教育经历,用巨大的篇幅描写自己的长处。另外,我个人认为在所有最突出的业绩点和个人品质上用加粗字体,使其更加醒目。

7.英文,老问题要解决:

其实我英文一般,六级60多分,我对匆忙炮制的这份东西也不够满意,但是我在其中用到了这些词汇,个人觉得非常醒目,也就使所谓的conspicuous,大家可以参照一下;另外如果立志要去外资企业,英文水平确实是个很重要的因素;我个人觉得商务英语太简单,大四的同学如果成天都没事可做的话可以到书店去买英文原版书(上海有没有不知道,广州倒是有)如果觉得当代小说(fiction)贵,给你们一个小建议,去买那些经典名著(literature)因为不用版权费(作者都死了几百年了)所以有些比中文的翻译本还便宜(翻译也是要成本的)可以学到真正的英文。 这些单词是:
