“三二分段”下高职模具专业“现代学徒制”模式探索

【摘 要】结合目前中高职衔接三二分段试点工作开展，在所在模具专业开展的“学徒制”教学模式基础上，认真分析“三二分段”中职毕业生优势与特点，探讨产业转型升级大背景下，模具专业在先进制造技术、信息化控制与管理方面拔尖人才培养所需的教学方式、教学师资、教学内容和教学环境；结合企业订单，开展“专业实体”实践，通过教师、师傅的传帮带和严格的技术训练，寓教学于工作之中，注重学生能力培养。%According to the implementation of three-two-section pilot connection between secondary and higher vocational education, on the basis of the "apprenticeship" teaching mode for mold major, this paper gives a careful analysis of advantages and characteristics of secondary vocational school graduates, explores the teaching mode for training mold majors in need of top-notch manufacturing technology, information control and management under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading in terms of teaching methods, teaching staff, teaching content and teaching environment; combined with the enterprise order, "specialized-entity" practice is to be carried out through teachers' and masters' mentoring as well as strict technical trainings, paying attention to the cultivation of students' ability while integrating teaching with work .
