【摘 要】As a new development model, green development has become a common consensus and historical trends in human society. For China, it is an important part to achieve the scientific development, a significant focal point to accelerate the transformation of economic development and an effective way to build the resource - saving and environment - friendly society. At present, China has see the green development model as an important national strategy to upgrade. We should do scientific planning, cooperating and promoting from many aspects of idea concept, industrial system, technological advances and institutional mechanisms, etc.%绿色发展作为一种新型发展模式，已经成为人类社会的普遍共识和历史潮流。对我国来说，绿色发展是实现科学发展的重要环节，是加快转变经济发展方式的重要着力点，是建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的有效途径。我国已把绿色发展提升为重要的国家战略，需要从思想观念、产业体系、科技进步、体制机制等方面进行科学谋划，协力推进。
