课 题 A Lesson in a Lab ---- Grammar Degrees of comparison （比较级）
学习目标
1. To learn several special uses of Degrees of comparison and learn to use the three different expressions of multiples correctly. （学会比较级几种特殊用法和学会使用三种倍数的表达方式) 2. To learn to use the degrees of comparison to describe things through class activities. (通过课堂活动学会使用比较级描述事物)
3. To develop the habit of cooperation by discussion in groups.（培养小组合作探究习惯） 学习重点 1. To learn the use of Degrees of comparison.
2. To learn the three different expressions of multiples.
学习难点 To learn to use the degrees of comparison to describe things through class activities.
学法指导
1参考新新学案和英语报预习完成自主学习部分观察所给句子，发现比较级几种特殊结构以及倍数的表达的规
律予以并总结，并适当练习。
2课堂上在老师的指导下主动参与课堂活动小组合作探究和讨论，通过听说读写等方式来实践自己课前自主学习到的语法规律。
3 课后完成老师布置相关习题来巩固比较级和倍数的用法。
学 习 过 程
一.形容词和副词比较等级的用法 1. 原级比较：
我观察：a . Dick is as tall as his brother.
b. Tom speaks as quickly as his cousin.
c. I have never seen a person as/so clever as he is. d. I have as many books as Tom. e. She is as good an actress as she is a teacher.
我发现：表示两者程度 . (1)用“___+形容词/副词+___” 结构表示________ (2)否定形式为：not ___/__+形容词/副词+___。表示“和……不一样；不如”
(3)as many /much +名词+as 表示“和……一样多” as ++a/an +单数名词 +as表示“和……一样多” 2. 比较级：
我观察:a. Our classroom is brighter than yours. b. Dogs run faster than rabbits.
自 c. I don’t think math is more important than physics.
我发现：1) 表示A超过B时, 用形容词和副词的__________级+______表示。
我观察：a. Rabbits ran less fast than dogs. b. Jenny is less clever than her sister.

用英语表达“A是B的N倍长（宽、高）”，“A 比 B 长（宽、高）N倍”可用下列几种句型。 1.我观察: a. This tree is three times as tall as that one.这棵树是那棵树的三倍高。

b. His father is twice as old as he. 他父亲的年纪有他两倍大。
(1) “A + be + 倍数 + ______________________________+ B”。
2.我观察: a. The Yangtze River is almost twice longer than the Pearl River.
长江差不多比珠江的长一倍。
b. The dictionary is exactly five times more expensive than that one.
这本字典比那本恰好贵四倍。
