【摘 要】Small and micro businesses are increasing in China and have become the main component of the national economy. However, many small and micro businesses have problems in financial management in terms of outdated ideas, irregular system, capital shortage, narrow financing channel, poor quality of personnel, chaotic cash management, and low digital degree of financial management. Small and micro
businesses should innovate financial management ideas, establish effective financial management system, expand way and channel of financing, promote the quality of accounting personnel, strengthen cash management, and realize digital financial management in ways that facilitate the stable development of small and micro businesses.%目前我国小微企业不断增加，已经成为国民经济的主要构成部分。但很多小微企业在财务管理方面存在着理念过时、制度不规范、资金匮乏、融资渠道狭窄、人员素质偏低、现金账款管理混乱、财务管理信息化程度较低等问题。小微企业应创新财务管理理念，建立有效的财务管理制度，拓展融资方式和渠道，提高财务人员素质，加强现金管理，实现企业财务管理信息化，以促进小微企业的稳步发展。 【总页数】3页(P46-47,83) 【作 者】郑继兴;桂美增
