Teaching steps教学步骤)

1. Warm up

(1).通过两张图片引出,学生和成人工作都很忙,没有业余时间休闲。 (2)TWhen you are free, how do you relax yourself?

2.播放视频 How to lower stress?根据这个视频,学生讨论人们喜欢做什么活动来帮助减少压力。

4人一组编写对话。
