一、律动：小蝌蚪变青蛙。《青蛙舞》热身。 二、小青蛙练本领。

1.幼儿自由练习跳，教师指导。 2.总结分享，引出双脚立定跳过荷叶。 个别幼儿演示。

教师讲解动作要领：跳的时候要并并脚，弯弯腿，用力摆臂向前跳。

3.集体练习双脚立定跳过荷叶。教师指导。 4.练习纵跳触物。

师：大家刚才说青蛙能捉害虫，青蛙不仅能捉到地上的害虫，而且青蛙还能捉到空中的害虫，大家想想空中的害虫怎样能捉到? 个别幼儿展示。
