I am a master major in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Cardiff University. As a curious person, I like trying new things. With tremendous interest in Entrepreneurship, I planned to spent one year on learning more about that several months ago. Being an entrepreneur would never be an easy task for everyone, as there are so many theoretically and practically knowledge we need to know. The ability of fund raising, decision making and even leading, all of these are the indispensable things required for an entrepreneur, that is also why I made the decision to improved myself in the UK.
In the year of 2010, I entered the West Anhui University in China to get the knowledge in International Economics and Trade major, which proved a wisely decision to date. After 4 years studying of multinational enterprises, I was trained to consider a problem at the macroscopic level, which might be the biggest change of mine in the last four years. At the period of my graduate study, I got much time to spent on my reading and travelling interests. I have taken many tours to some countries I loved, like Spain, Denmark and Finland, through which I got a deep understanding of different culture. While, with time going on, the more I experienced, the clearer I realized that starting my own business should be my goal in the future because it would be challenging thing with a lot of fun in my understanding.
Approximately two years ago, I fortunately had an opportunity to accomplished my internship in People Insurance Company in China(PICC)—widely considered one of the China’s best insurance enterprise, which leaved me a deep impression. At that time, the sales condition of subsidiary I served was not quite good, so the head office tried to appointed a new sales manager to made it better. I really learned a lot from this talent and aggressive manger in both academic and social relational field. He kindly touch me how to combined the knowledge I got from school with daily practice. Thanks for this precious internship experience, I gradually became much more confident than before and found it significant to improved ourselves forever rather than unlimitedly complaining we cannot get the opportunity to do things we want.
