年级上册教材将26字母按顺序分配在每单元letters部分来学习它们的发音,为学生拼读单词做准备。小学阶段开闭音节单词比例大,让学生掌握5个元音字母在开闭音节的发音规律来拼读记忆单词十分重要,因此从中抽选五个元音字母,教会学生闭音节的发音规律,选题意图与教材编排意图相吻合,培养学生从一、二年级开始养成用phonics拼读单词的习惯。

本微课采用拟人手法,教师扮演5个元音字母来到孩子们中间,与一个名叫Happy的小男孩展开了对话,在互动交流中,5个元音字母从成为孩子们的good friends变成better friends,最后成为best friends,这个过程其实是孩子们由了解、领悟到掌握5个元音字母在闭音节的发音规律的过程。

1、引领学生初步了解、观察领悟闭音节单词特点,学会用5个元音字母在闭音节的发音规律来拼读记忆单词。 2通过视频学习让学生感受到用phonics拼读单词不仅发音准确而且好学易记,激发学生学习英语的兴趣。 1、了解领悟闭音节单词特点来识别闭音节单词。

教学重点难点

Step 1. Five vowel letters become the kid’s good friends. (通过朗朗上口的chant了解5个元音字母在闭音节的发音成为good friends.)

教学过程

1. Present five vowel letters

Teacher: Hello, Kids. We are your five old friends. We come

from 26 English letters. Please guess who we are. Happy: You’re Aa, Ee, Ii, Oo, Uu.


2. Present five vowel letters sounds that the kids have learned in Part Letters of each unit.

Teacher: Do you remember us? Aa for ant.

HappyEe for elephant. Ii for insect. Oo for ox. Uu for up. 3. Remember five vowel letters sounds by a chant. eg: Aa says [æ], Aa says [æ], Ant, ant, ant [æ], [æ], [æ]

Step 2. Five vowel letters become the kid’s better friends. (通过游戏寻找闭音节单词并组句,操练运用成为better friends.)

Teacher: It’s time for games. Let’s find the words that have our sounds. Then make up a sentence. eg : h-a-t---hat, f-a-t---fat, c-a-t---cat A hat is on a fat cat.

Step 3. Five vowel letters become the kid’s best friends. (通过有韵律的chant总结5个元音字母在闭音节发音规律成为best friends.)

Teacher: We wish you could remember us forever. These two tables can help you. Let’s make a chant together. eg: A vowel and a consonant,
