活动目标：

1.激发幼儿对跳跃—助跑跨跳活动的兴趣。 2.初步掌握助跑跨跳的动作，发展幼儿的腿部力量。

3.培养幼儿勇于尝试，克服困难的意识与能力，激发幼儿对宇航员的热爱和崇敬的情感。 活动准备：

1.60—80厘米宽的泡沫塑料板、纸板、塑料棍、各种宽窄、高矮不同的纸盒若干。

2.火箭头饰人手一个、滑板车两辆。 3.场地布置： ○○小 ●●河 活动过程：

一、师以宇航教练员的身份带领幼儿（宇航员）参加体能训练的口吻引入课题。

二、幼儿随音乐做军事模仿操。

三、以宇航员学习体能训练新动作的形式让 幼儿进行助跑跨跳动作的探索学习。

1、引导幼儿观察用橡皮筋撑起的宽60厘米的“小河”，启发幼儿如何跳过“小河”，并且不能碰到“小河”，请幼儿进行探索尝试。
