活动目标：

1、通过玩圈，发展幼儿走、跑、跳等基本动作。 2、发展幼儿的创造力、协调能力及合作能力。 3、培养遵守纪律的习惯。

4、培养竞争意识，体验游戏带来的挑战与快乐。 5、培养幼儿对体育运动的兴趣爱好。 活动准备：

圈人手一个，录音带、两根长绳 活动过程：

(一)做圈操 跟音乐，做操：上肢、下肢、体侧、体转、腹背、跳跃运动。 (二)

1、请幼儿用各种方法玩圈、发挥想象与创造力。 2、集中请幼儿演示、其他幼儿向他学习。 3、用刚才没用过的方法再去玩一玩。 (三)游戏“看谁钻得快”

(四)请幼儿以组为单位，合作摆圈，进行跳圈游戏。 体现合作、讨论、看哪组设计的与众不同。 看一看，互相跳一跳。 (五)游戏“开火车”，音乐。
