中国公安消防徽标与VI设计
这个设计是在公安部面向全国徽标征集的活动中获得金奖而中标的！它是仅次于国徽的国家建制设计，中间的图形“消防斧、云梯、水栓”是消防战士的武器，与中间内部勾勒出的盾形和消防用绳一起来代表消防中的“消”字；而“防”则由整体的盾形与象征防御的钢铁长城共同担负。至此，消防二字中的两层含义被充分的表达出来！
Dongdao received the Golden Award from the Ministry of Public Security for the logo design for China Fire Services. It is the second most important logo of China, second to the national emblem. In the middle of the logo you can find the most important firemen tools, the fire hose, ladder and fire axe. The enframing rope in shape of a shield stands for control, meaning the control over the fire. The defence against fire is symbolized by the shield and the image of the Great Wall (formerly used for defence). The first two chinese characters at the top stand for “China”, the third character for “Fire” and the fourth character for “Control”.
