We are so sorry to hear that our shop will be suspended for much higher dispute rate.
We extremely desire to become a good seller , also we hope to be super big seller with higher sales amount on PM, so in order to become much better seller, we must modify the previous fault.
Here is our plan:
According to the analysis of complaints, there will be the following major problems: 1, product is damaged
2, sales man cancel order by himself 3, customer do not receive product 4, product is not as described
According to the above problems, we study out the following solutions:
1, For the problem of damaged products (product quality & damaged during shipping)
A: for the product quality: we will reflect it to our supplier, ask them provide much better quality and reasonable price products, to make sure that we can provide good quality products to our customer. On the other hand, we will also arrange a special person to check all the products from our suppliers at first. Before sending them to stock, we will select out all of bad products. And we will also arrange another person double check and test products before shipping. Through this double checking, we think it will avoid sending wrong parcels and bad package to our customers. It will also give a good shopping experience to our customers.
B: for the damaged product during shipping: we will change the package( use double bubble bags, inflatable column), strengthen protection( use hard box) on the products, and reduce the damaged rate on shipping.
2, For the order is canceled by sales man
A: Most of reason is that we do not know how to full refund to the customers, so we have to use canceling order to deal with refund, which cause our efficiency is increased. Since we know this method is harmful to our account, we will never do it in the future.
B: In the future we will strictly respect “First with stock and then sale” principle, if there is no stock, we will not sale it in advance
3, For not receiving products:
A: On one hand, due to the error on our ERP docking at first, which cause our API can not obtain part of our orders. So we can not ship them out for that orders, which cause much of the customers did not receive products. now our technical guy has successfully solve the bug between our ERP and API, this problem will never occur in the future
B: On the other hand, it is related the shipping method we used, in the previous, what we used is La poste, this method cause serious of orders are lost on the way. since we own a warehouse in France, we have cooperation partner and working staffs there. We will take advantage of the shipping method(la poste ,colissimo, DHL and so on) at France to ship parcels, such as that we will use la poste if the parcel amont is lower than EUR10, but for parcel which is over EUR 10, we will use colissim, for big parcels we will use DHL. By using each kind or shipping method flexibility instead of only using La poste, we suppose it can reduce the missing rate in the future, alsothe customers can receive parcels in timely.
4: For products are not as described
We find out this problem is related to our staffs in the warehouse, according to our survey, most of the complaints on products as described are the faults that our staffs add wrong item in the parcels.
So for this problem, we will improve our stock location, use kinds of labels to distinguish products and control our warehouse, and we will not send wrong items to the customers in the future.On the other hand we will add more staffs in the warehouse, and add more people to check and test products to avoid problems such as sending wrong items, we will try our best to do the checking, testing, unpacking and shipping more carefully.
At the same time, we will sale more popular and better product to increase our sales amount.
In fact, much more orders will decrease complaints rate, as we are new sellers in this time, most of we sell are 3C products, it has many problems, but we only have few orders, so our dispute rate is very high.
But our company has much kind of products, we have over 4,0000-5,0000 kinds of sku: Clothing--- more than 1,0000 Household---more than 1,0000 Infant & mom---more than 5,000
Outdoor sports photography---more than 5,000 Pet serious---1,000-2,000 3C products---1,0000-2,0000
In the future, we will take advantage of our products,we will list household, infant & mom and outdoor products, and search more popular products at the same time to increase exposure rate, in a word, The team who own many kinds of products and have independent warehouse in France, will try our best to became eligible and excellent seller!
