Nowadays, women are becoming more independent from their families and husbands and entering the work world to seek self-worth. They also want to keep a balance between their families and their work. So here comes to the question whether women need more care than men. From our point of view,we firmly believe that more women than men are in need of care.
First, on the one hand, although we have advocated sexual equality for several decades, there are still some unfair phenomena in the society. As we all know,it is difficult for college graduates to find a good job, especially for female students.Comparing with female graduates, enterprises prefer male graduates.Some companies even forbid their female employees to give birth to a baby for a few years,which infringe women’s rights. A successful professional woman who wants to strive for excellence may suffer a lot. The difficulties and pressure she suffered can’t be known to a man who is at the same position. And because of the prejudice against women, some people may doubt the ability of female applicants and give lower salary. On the other hand,women are expected not only to do her job as well as her male colleges but also to take good care of her families. Women suffer a lot under such an unfair rivalry. So we belive women need more care.
Second, from the family aspect, when women coming back home
after a day’s working, what do they do? To sit down and turn on the TV? Or to lie down and have a rest? Of course not, they have to cook diner ,wash the dishes, clean the floor and wash clothes for their husbands and children. Besides housework,some other problems will also annoy them. Such as their children disobeying them, having difficulty getting along with their mother-in-laws. In order to do well in their jobs, women must regulate their emotion in time and forget what make them unhappy. So the pressure which the families give them is men can’t imagine.
Third,determined by physiological character, women are more easily to be attacked by illness. But they have to take the risk of giving birth to a baby,which will make them suffer a lot and put them under the risk of losing ideal shapes. So we think husbands should show more respect and love to their wives. Not only to women but to the esteem of life, people should more care to women. To sum up, because of various reasons, women are under great pressure. Our team firmly believe that women need more care than men,we should give our respect to women.
