Are you willing to overtime? 你愿意加班吗？

It depends on the work I have to do and my ability to perform it. If I have the capability to complete it, I don’t mind working overtime. However, if I didn’t have the ability to complete the task, it would be risky to take it over. 这要看我需要做的工作和我的水平啦。如果我有水平完成一项工作，我不介意加班。但如果我没有充足的水平来完成任务，接下来这份工作可能有风险。

I won’t mind working overnight for a couple of days or even weeks in times of tight deadlines. However, I hope the projects are scheduled properly so that working overtime is not too common.

the work hours well. However, I have no problem working

overtime if the project deadlines are very tight and require me to do so.

我明白在软件行业有时必须加班。一般来说，我觉得如果我们认真工作、合理利用工作时间，任务是能够按时完成的。但是如果项目的截止日期很紧，需要加班，我是完全没有问题的。
