2009-复旦大学经济学院国际金融系副教授，副系主任。 2005-2008复旦大学经济学院国际金融系，讲师。

2002-2004深圳证券交易所和中国社会科学院金融研究所应用经济学博士后。 1999-2002上海交通大学管理科学与工程学博士。 1996-1999上海交通大学管理科学与工程学硕士。 主要研究方向：行为金融、资产定价和金融工程。 已承担国家自然科学基金、教育部人文社会科学基金等多个项目。在《金融研究》、《经济研究》、《管理科学学报》、《经济学季刊》等国内金融经济权刊发表论文几十篇，出版专著两本。上海金融工程学会理事。

为《管理科学学报》、《上海交通大学学报》、《系统管理学报》、《中国管理科学》、《经济学季刊》和《中国金融评论》等多个期刊的匿名审稿人，是《中国金融评论》的执行编委。

Also, I have published dozens of paper in important Chinese journals such as “Financial Studies”, “Economics Studies”, “Journal of Management Science”, “Journal of Economics Quarterly” and two academic books. I am now a commissioner of Shanghai Financial Engineering Institute. I am also the anonymous referee of “Journal of Management Science”, “Journal of Economics Quarterly”, and “China Financial Review”. I am also the member of the executive editor board of “China Financial Review”.
