What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green foods, no junk foods. The green food is those
pollution-free, high quality and nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries,
fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.
什么是健康饮食？对于绝大部分人来说，健康饮食就意味着多吃绿色食品，不要吃垃圾食品。绿色食品就是那些无污染、高品质和营养的食物，包括有机蔬菜和肉类、水果、鸡蛋等等。健康饮食的膳食应该用更少的盐和油制作。而垃圾食品是指那些低营养、高热量、再加工的高盐重油食品，例如薯条、炸鸡和咸蛋等等。这些食品会导致一个人发胖，并增加疾病的风险。为了保持健康，我们应该保持健康饮食，抛弃垃圾食品。
【篇二】分数和水平The Score and Ability
Since I go to school, it is important to take the high score, because not only my parents feel very happy, but also my teacher will give me special attention. It seems that high score is the main goal for every students. It has been long recognized that foreign students are good at practising while our students are good at getting the high mark. Score and ability which is more important, I think the latter is more
useful. The things we learn should be prepared for our future. The students are in the stage of storing knowledge, when they meet challenges someday, they can have the ability to solve the problems. Having the ability to solve problems by oneself reflects the person is independent and he has already grown up. That’s what education chase for.
自从我去上学起,考高分是很重要的,因为不但我的父母会感到非常高兴,而且我的老师会给予我特别的注重。似乎,高分是每个学生的主要目标。一直以来，人们就理解到外国学生擅长实践,而我们的学生擅长获得高分。分数和水平哪个更重要,我认为后者更有用。我们学习的东西应该为我们的未来做好准备。学生处在存储知识的阶段,总有一天,当他们遇到挑战的时候,他们能够有水平解决这些问题。拥有自行解决问题的水平反映了一个人是独立的,他已经长大了。这就是教育所追求的。
【篇三】家乡的变化The Changes of My Hometown
My hometown is located at the outside of the city. I was born and grew up there. It was a little village with natural scenery of green mountains, a beautiful river and lovely village houses. In the summer, I liked to go to picnic under the mountain and swim in the river. But now my hometown has changes. The mountains were blown down to build the factories, and the river was polluted by the waste water from those
factories. There are no more green mountains but the smoking factories. The water of the river turns black and stinks, I can never swim in it again. And the village houses are gone too, the ugly storied houses with walls are instead. They said it is the way urbanizing is. I don’t like the changes of my hometown, it is a polluted hometown.
