我最喜欢闲逛的地方英语作文
My favorite place to hang out was my grandfather’s village, and my grandfathers village appeared before my eyes. With that in mind, it’s no surprise that I have to choose that village as my favorite place to hang out. Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, the village line of my hometown. I’ve always liked it because it’s where I was born. But not just for this reason, the rivers, the hills, the trees, the birds, the fish and so on, but also the most important people my grandmother and grandfather. At first glance, this was indeed the home of a poor old man, and all the houses in the village were as old as poplars.
Each morning, many elderly women with their baskets walked slowly along the narrow, bumpy roads to buy fresh food. Of these grandmothers, my grandmother walked the fastest because she knew that my grandfather and I were eagerly waiting for her, just for our favorite Chinese bread. Another interesting view is by the river. Women still need to wash their dirty clothes after buying food and vegetables.
In my opinion, this is a really great project. They beat their clothes on smooth stones with an old stick. Bang! Bang! It’s like beautiful music. But now, I don’t see this anymore, because every family in the village had running water nearly 10 years ago.
It’s hard to come back to reality when you’ve been immersed in sweet memories for so long. Time is not good for the image of this village. But I know, in my heart, this has always been my favorite place to hang out.
