I’m David. There are three people in my family. They are my father, my mother and I.
My father does the dishes on weekends. He sweeps the floor on Wednesdays. My mother cooks meals everyday. She washes clothes on Tuesdays and Saturdays. As for me, I do the dishes on weekdays. I take out the rubbish everyday. I sweep the floor on weekends.
I think it’s necessary for us students to do chores. Doing chores can help to develop our independency, and we can learn to take care of ourselves.
Is it good for students to do some housework。
Some people think studengts need not do any housework。They think the only thing students need do is to study well。 I don’t think so。 It is good for students to do some housework for three reason。
Firstly，to do some housework can make you independent。You can’t depend on others all your life。So，you should learn to do some housework now。
Secondly， to do some housework can keep you healthy and strong ，some hard housework can be regarded as a kind of physical exercise。
Finally， to do some housework can share your parents’ work 。They must be happy if you say” Have a rest ，and I will do the housework”
So I think it is good for students to do some housework。
August 12,2012 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.
