国际收支：指一个国家在一年的时期内，同其他国家进行经济、政治和文化往来所发生的货币收支的总和。货币收支又以外汇作为清算手段，因此一个国家的国际收支还可以说是这个国家的外汇收支
海运提单：是一种运输单据，它被承运人或其代理人签字，承认货物收妥，等待运至一个特别的目的巷，并说明货物承运条款。海运提单还是一项物权单据，承运人只能用交出货物来换取交来的正本提单。
直接托收：委托人填制托收行的托收指示，连同跟单汇票直接寄给代收行委办托收业务。
包买票据：商业银行或银行的附属机构，以出口商那里追偿权地贴现已被进口商承兑并通常由进口商所在地银行担保的远期汇票和本票。
