2022幼儿园中班 洗袜子 教案 活动目标：

1、学习洗袜子的方法。 2、培养自理能力。 3、喜欢自己洗袜子。 二、活动准备

袜子、肥皂、脸盆若干。 三、活动过程

1、谈话导入，引起幼儿兴趣。

教师：小朋友在家里会做哪些事情？（幼儿自由发言） 教师：小朋友在家里自己洗过袜子吗？（引起幼儿兴趣） 2、学习洗袜子。

教师：因为脚上会出汗，袜子每天都要换洗。袜子的什么地方最脏？（出示一双脏袜子，让幼儿观察，并能说出袜跟、袜头等处最脏。） 教师讲解洗的方法：先将袜子浸湿，再涂些肥皂，然后来回搓，尤其是脏的地方应多搓几次，最后用清水漂洗干净。 3、幼儿操作。

幼儿每人一双袜子、一只脸盆，学习洗袜子。教师巡回指导。 4、组织幼儿晒袜子，并进行讲评，让幼儿自己说说哪几双袜子洗得最干净。
