一、教学内容 PEP5 Unit5 Let's spell

二、教学目标

1. 知识目标：学会ai ,ay的发音都是[ei], 会拼读单词rainy, rainbow, paint, wait, say, way, birthday, Monday。

2. 能力目标：应用读音规律拼读单词may, always, 阅读绘本wait, wait, wait, 读会故事中的snail, Spain, train driver, mailman, sailor

3. 情感目标：通过故事，体会Rainbow always shows after rain

三、教学重难点

重点:掌握ai, ay的发音并能利用读音规律拼读书本中的单词。难点：运用规律掌握拓展单词，促进学生的阅读水平。

四、教学过程 Step1 warming up

1. 通过已学歌曲our school, 引入way, day. 2. 游戏：读句子判读正误。

Let’s play a game. Read and say yes or no. Today is Monday.

1. 呈现热身部分的ay单词，问学生what’s the same? They all have “ay” What’s the pronunciation of ay? [ei], it’s the same as the sound of letter Aa. 2. let’s chant. 3. let’s spell. 4. Can you try?

Mother’s Day is in May. My mother is always kind. 5. Task.
