• Design, implement and document the cyber security control environment • Ensure that security technologies are running efficiently
• Ensure efficient communication, dialogue and collaboration between IT and rest of stakeholders focused on efficient execution
• Coordinate with R&D center people to build up the DevSecOps model. • Provide Security solution review & assessment to fulfill the new business requirement.
• Build up full scope monitoring and prevention mechanism to protect information asset safety.
• Build up security baseline for IT Infrastructure and conduct assessment and regular review to make sure the implementation is compliance.
Required Qualifications and Skills - Education
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or related discipline • Relevant security qualifications such as CEH, CHFI, ITIL, CCSA, CISSP and CISA are added advantages - Language
• Fluent Chinese and English in verbal, listening and written - Work Experience
• 7-10 years of cyber security experience. Finance or Fintech industry a plus
- Knowledge / Skills / Behaviors
• Familiar with system and network infrastructure solution (ERP, email systems, servers, workstations, mobile device, storage systems, networking and security services in LAN, WAN and internet network infrastructure, security devices such as firewall, IDS, VPN, etc.)
• Knowledge of Cyber Security operation best practices and concepts • Ability to code in one or more of these : Powershell, Python, C and C++, JavaScript
• Knowledgeable in security technologies, including authentication mechanism, threat management, application and database security, cryptography, vulnerability scanning and penetration testing
• Knowledgeable in Cloud Security solution will be an advantage
• Experienced in IT infrastructure and operations (e.g. servers, desktop, database, virtualization, networking, public cloud platform and web/mobile application technologies)
