北京一公司用“海底捞”被指侵权商标专用权北京一公司使用“海底捞”名称遭四川餐饮企业起
诉被指侵犯商标专用权。四川知名火锅品牌“海底捞”向北京“天天海底捞”提起诉讼，要求后者为侵权使用商标支付50万元。
