隔行打（double-space），起段空5个字符，逗号，分号后空1个字符，句号、冒号后空2个字符，连接号、破折号、省略号前后均不空格。引文缩进4个字符，引文内不隔行（single-space），但与正文之间隔2行（triple-space）。逗号、句号等一律放在引号之内。 六、注解，资料出处

分别使用脚注和夹注两种形式。 1． 脚注

a) 一般注释采用脚注的形式，即在正文需注释处的右上方按顺序加注数码123…，

在当页正文之下顶格写对应数码1、2、3、……和注文，回行时与上一行注文对齐，正文和脚注之间加一横线，长度约为页宽的三分之一。

b) 对标题的注释或对全篇文章的说明也以脚注的形式处理，但注号用*而不用阿

拉伯数字，其他同于一般注释。 注解用尾注亦可。

2． 夹注

对论文中的引文和所依据的文献无需特别说明者，以夹注的形式随文在括号内注作者姓名（英文只注姓）和引文页数，例如： （Ye 85）指叶圣陶编写的《朱自清文集》，第85页。

（Bloomfield 90）指L. Bloomfield 所著Language第203页

如果论文中引述某作者一篇以上著作时，则需在引文后的括号内打上原作者的姓名、逗号、原著题目的第一个实词和页数。
