1、-What's she doing? -She's sitting under the tree. 现在进行时:be(am/is/are) + doing (现在分词)
【下文】-What is Tim doing? -He’s climbing the tree. 2、I beg your pardon?
【回顾Lesson 1】Pardon? = What did you say? I can’t believe it. 3、-Who's climbing the tree? -Tim is (climbing the tree).
【回顾Lesson 29】例句:-Who is cleaning the room? -Amy is (cleaning the room). 4、-What about the dog? = What is the dog doing? 这是一种省略说法,以免重复。
例句:I’m very happy today. What about you?
-It's running across the grass. It's running after a cat. run across跑过、穿过;run after追逐、追赶。 四、总结与练习
1、动词变现在分词doing的规则:
1
① 一般情况,+ing:doing, looking, climbing
② 末尾有不发音的e,去e +ing:coming, making, loving ③ 重读闭音节,双写末尾辅音+ing:sitting, running, putting ※根据上述分类总结课文和练习中出现的动词的现在分词。
