1. words：（远期目标：记忆、应用）

rain, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, weather, Toronto, Boston, Moscow. (本堂课目标，本环节分两层) 第一层：自己借助音标会读。

第二层：通过老师或小组长领读，会读,会说。) 2.drills：（远期目标：记忆、应用）

How’s the weather? What’s the weather like? (本堂课目标：理解意思，仿照例句造句。) 3.structures:

（远期目标：自如应用语言交流）

--- How’s the weather? (What’s the weather like?) ---It’s sunny/cloudy/windy/raining/snowing.

--- How’s the weather in Boston? (What’s the weather like Boston?) ---It’s sunny/cloudy/windy/raining/snowing. (课堂目标：能够两两流利对话。)

4.能对天气进行询问，能清晰地描述某地区的基本天气情况。 （远期目标：描述天气, 会当小小气象员向人们播报当地天气） (本堂课目标：教师讲解句型。学生理解、正确应用句型。)

教学过程设计

Step 1. 热身（Warm-up）

Guessing game. (见课件)

Step 2.Show the teaching aims.

教学目标展示。(见课件)

Step 3. learn the new words.

1. 图片展示。

2. 探究发现 (天气)名词 →形容词 ，归纳总结其构成规律。学习记忆有关新词。（见课件）

3. Describe the weather with one word of each picture:




Do 1a : Match the words with the pictures.

思考：How to describe the weather with a sentence. Step 4. learn the new drills.

通过回答step 3 中的思考题引入此环节。(老师给出例句：It’s rainy.)

学生描述其他几幅图片：___________________________________________ 引出询问天气的句型：How’s the weather? (What’s the weather like?) Show the drills: ---How’s the weather? ---It’s sunny.（板书）

The students practice the drill in pairs.（Ask the weather in some different cities.） Eg: ---How’ s the weather in Beijing? ---It’s sunny. Step 5. Broadcast weather report.

Look at the picture of weather word and say the weather in the different places；Then check the answers.

Step 6. Pairwork ：Work in pairs, ask and answer. 示范，小组活动，全班展示。 Step 7. Act out: show students’ excellent

Step 8. 展示提升

Groupwork: Suppose you have some friends in different cities, call them to talk about the

weather there and what they are doing. Step 9.Summary：Two students tell us what we have learnt this class.学生总结，教师补充。

Homework:

Writing： rain, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, weather, cook Recite： --- How’s the weather? (What’s the weather like?)
