一本话题的打电话的常用表达式：

1电话铃响，当你拿起听筒时，应说hello,并自报机构名称或号码：Hello,7652938 2假若打电话的人正是被找的人，可回答：This is ,,,,,speaking,或speaking, “我是”应说this is ….

而不是I am

3 询问对方是谁：Who is this ? 你是哪位？

5I’m sorry +that 从句，that 可以省去，如：I’m sorry I’m late / I’m sorry I can’t go with you Be sorry to do sth ,如：I’m sorry to let you help me 6 have to 意为“不得不”，后面跟动词原形，有人称和数的变化，主语为第三人称单数时， 用has to do sth
