【摘 要】在明确女性农民工群体特征的基础上,分析了女性农民工劳动权益受侵蚀的现状与突出问题,探讨了她们的维权途径与障碍,提出构建维权长效机制的具体设想,为后续研究提供了参考。%On the basis of making the group identity of women migrant workers clear,this paper analyzes the present situation of the labor rights loss of Women Peasant Workers through reading related laws and regulations.The possible obstacles and right maintenance way are discussed for protecting their labor rights and interests,and the concrete construction plan of long-term effective mechanism is proposed so as to provide reference for further study. 【总页数】4页(P95-98) 【作 者】王小春
