Dear Professor,

I am greatly grateful that you can spare some time to read my letter. I am a Chinese undergraduate from Shanghai Jianfeng college and I will graduate in 2018. After that, I want to continue my education by pursuing a master degree in France. I am now in the department of college.

My major is professional customs declaration and

international freight. In my college three years, I should be actively involved in the school community activities and student union in order to I can work in a team environment. What’s more, I will take part in volunteer services for more people to do public welfare activities, and encourage others to join. I will be in June next year to participate in the college English test level 4, and I will be in the university three years earning some certificates related to my major in order to find a job in the future.

With so much admiration and enthusiasm, I hope I would have the opportunity to work under your supervision. If admitted, I am able to continue working along the lines of your present research. Thanks for your kindness and consideration.
