Today, my parents and I went to the zoo together. Firstly, we went to see the majestic tigers. I have never seen such a powerful animal before. Although the tiger was separated from us by an iron fence, I still felt the strong aura and momentum it releases. After we left the tiger enclosure, we went straight to the monkey house. When we came in, the sound of monkeys was particularly loud. I watched the monkeys jumping around and playing, it was a very happy and lively scene. Then, my father took me to the reptile house to see the giant python and giant salamander. Its big eyes and long tongue were fascinating.
Afterwards, we went to feed the cute little animals. We were given a small bag of animal feed, a variety of cute animals were taking turns to come up and eat food. The birds were so lovely and peaceful, some of them even perched on my shoulders to feed. Their kind behavior nearly moved me to tears. Lastly, my father bought me a miniature panda as a souvenir. At the moment, this panda has become one of my most important belongings.
To sum up, today’s visit to the zoo was very creative and interesting. It enriched my knowledge of animals, let me appreciate the beauty of nature, and brought me a lot of joy. I'm very grateful to my parents for taking me to the zoo.
