I think the management shouldn't be soft and permissive.In an organization there's no doubt about who's boss and bosses demand large amounts of work,loyalty,and discipline from employees.But every worker's opinion is regarded as important and he is consulted on decisions that will affect him.
The boss should place much more emphasis on providing a work environment as one big family.The organizations should downplay the status distinctions between bosses and employees, which helps to promote a team atmosphere rather than one of"us versus them."They should feel a feeling of togetherness.
Companies should have lifetime employee training.New employees should be housed in company dormitories,and company financing should be frequently provided for employees wanting to buy their own homes.In short,the employee's life revolves around the company.
