Sometimes I have thought it would be an excellent rule to live each day as if we should die tomorrow.Such an attitude would emphasize sharply the values of life.If there were only one day in our life,what should I do?
We should live the day with gentleness,a vigor and a keenness of appreciation.In the morning,I should greet the dawn,anxious to discover new delights.Then,I should want to see the people whose kindness and gentleness and companionship have made my life worth living. Last,I should travel to a quiet little suburb of a beautiful forest.Here,surrounded by green lawns,trees,and flowers,and neat little houses,I should end the last day of my life.
The last day of our life,we should collect all the goods of our life.
