Chinese Broadcasting

WHY

 Let students learn more about Chinese culture by a relaxing way after lessons  Develop students talent of Chinese speaking and broadcasting skills

 Create a platform for enhancing students’ creativity, planning, and organizational skills

 Provide a better Chinese learning atmosphere which beneficial for the students' comprehensive language ability

State learning objectives:

    

To improve students’ listening and speaking skills To encourage students to talk in Chinese

To develop students’ creativity, planning, and organizational skills To increase students’ interest in learning Chinese

To increase students’ knowledge about Chinese culture and develop the cross-cultural awareness

The Chinese broadcasting content:

 Follow me To learn words and daily conversation through Chinese stories ,riddles,little humour,a small verse,etc.  Chinese songs select and play fashion songs to build a relaxing and a more effective ways to learn Chinese.

 Chinese stage we passed the chinese stage , so that broadcasters could play a conversation, reading Chinese literatures,,chinese poetry, and long

small chinese songs ,etc., toshow the chinese style.

 Chinese culture introducing different chinese cultures to foster cross-cultural awareness

 Chinese news individual learning chinese good deeds and invite a representative of the students to chinese radio room on-site interviews, such as

interviews with students learning chinese well,so that they learn to talk chinese some of the ways to inspire people to learn chinese together. (individual learning of Chinese good deeds and invite students’ representative for radio interview so other students could learn to talk Chinese and inspire students to learn Chinese together)

 (We try to adjust the content to attract the students .we hope all of students can enjoy it and are willing to attend the activities.)


Rules and regulations of chinese broadcasting:

 The broadcaster and the host must adhere to the posts.  Broadcasters shall not be unreasonably leave the studio.

 Broadcasters may not enter the room with others without fixed duties; should not make noise; and are not allowed to broadcast any

manuscripts/materials that will have negativeimpact on the school's image.

 Inform the teacher before if there are special reasons for your duty leave at least one day before. If there are more than twice unexcused absence or

late ,we will persuade you to quit the team.

 Broadcasters can only broadcast selected materials by the teacher. You can prepare some drafts according to your broadcasting, but your draft and

other materials need to be checked by the teacher in charge. Inappropriate songs and manuscripts are banned to be broadcasted.

 The host must take care of and properly use the broadcasting equipment. Work with the specified procedures., once found the machine failure ,Any

technical problem or faulty should be reported to the technical department immediately.

 Preview ,modify, and get familiar with the manuscript in advance. Five minutes before the broadcasting time, broadcasters should enter the studio and

finish the preparations .

 The room keys are kept by the teacher. If you need to use the keys , apply first and keep a diary note. Keys shall not be lent to others without permission.  Each broadcasting session is consisted of one group with three students.

 When you enter the studio ,check in the diary, and check out ,and don't forget to keep everything in right order.  Upon entering or before leaving the studio, check the diary; keep everything in order before you leave.

Problems existing :

1. Students in the canteen make too much noise. We need to talk to the whole students during the assembly time to encourage the students to pay more

attention

2. Lack of concern about the radio stations and students interaction are still very low. We still try to find a new method to solve these problems. 3. We need to give some prize and reward for the broadcasting student team especially for some excellent host. Does the activity meet learning objectives?
