1. Motivation(动机）

 ⑴Self introduction(自我介绍）

Ok , good morning, i am glad to meet you ,thank you very much you give an interview opportunity , my english name is John , i was born in a small village of Hubei province and graduated from xxxxxx University , my major is mechanical design , manufacturing , automation and got bachelor's degree .

I have four years abundant working experience, after graduated , I engaged in motorcycle/automotive hydraulic brake product development and design , automobile water tank design , cleaning equipment development and design , I have 3 projects management experience .

I am familiar with TS16949 quality system , master the APQP、CP、FMEA、PPAP；i'm familiar with product development process ,technical communication with customer , product structure design , assistance purchaser selection and validation supplier , handle customer complain and provide technical support etc .

Because my first job . I love automobile industrial ,I think automobile industrial is a large field , it have standard management 、normal work process , so i want enter this trade , i definitely your company through internet and Karen's introduce , i think your company will have great prospects .and project purchase is a challenge to me , i want to accept this challenge , i will work hard , continue learning , i hope you can accept me .

 ⑵Why are you considering of leaving?（为什么要离开你现在的公司）

Because my first job , i love automobile industrial , at the same time , my contract will expire ,moreover your company provide a good job , so i want change my work .

 ⑶What is your career plan in the future 5 years?（你未来5年的职业规划）

First ,i hope i will find a good company and a job , continue enriching my professional experience and management skills .

Secondly , i will hard work , continue familiar company system , work process ,familiar with company product , excellent complete purchase work .

Department manager——project team leader——design engineer,craft engineer,production,inspector, inspector,lab assistant, salesman,purchaser

 ⑸Purchasing Turnover-Personal and Department,（个人和部门的采购额度） I don't directly participate in purchasing . So i haven't purchasing turnover .

 ⑹Purchasing commodity?（采购产品）

I don't purchase part , but i design products including aluminium、plastic、rubber、steel.

I think this process can be divided into the following step : 1. Purchase strategy meeting ; 2. Technical review ; 3.risk assessment and appoint supplier ; 4.supplier project review ;5.process schedule ; 6.feasibility promise ; 7.flow chart ; 8.DFMEA(if supplier design part); 9.design review ; 10.tooling、fixture and equipment review ; 11.first sample part ; 12.PFMEA ; 13.control plan ; 14.produce control ; 15.deliver PPAP ; 16.validation supplier's manufacturing ability ; 17.experience and lesson .

 ⑼Main Milestone of the whole process（整个过程的节点） I think whole process milestone include upside 1~17 action ;

 ⑽No. of suppliers? No. of newly developed suppliers? Any supplier appointed by Auto Manufacter

 ⒀一个负责的注塑件价格如何算？

A plastic part price include material price、process price、package and transport fare、management fare; Material include part actually mass price and scrap material price ;

Process price is moulding cycle (multiply) single price (divide) number of cavity ;  ⒁I.e. Electronics part market hot, means all the manufacturer need this parts. Then the supplier asks for a price

increase(no break down), what would you do? Auto Assembly Plan can either accept a price increase as well. If MQ do it, you will lost the project in the coming years （电子零件非常火热，全部制造商都需要，供应商想要提价，你将怎么做？如果你涨价了，你将失去以后的项目）

First , we must pay attention to market change . Include price and market demand . Early prevention price rise ,prepare negotiate with suppliers .

Secondly , each part must have at least two supplier , let suppliers interact competition . Low price supplier will acquire mass order ,achieve low price target .

 ⒂After Market problems（售后市场的问题）

 ⒃Main difficult part for a Project Purchaser（做为一个项目采购，最困难的部分是什么） technical improvement ,because this involved repair mold , mold trail ,

 ⒄Most important for a Project Purchaser（做为一个项目采购，最重要的是什么） Part quality , delivery on time , part cost , technical improve .

 ⒅Project Stage Purchasing Price and SOP Stage Purchasing Price, how to take advantage of Project Stage? 价格失效

 ⒆How to conduct a cost analyst?（如何做成本分析）

(1)use myself and other purchaser experience and similar product compare ; (2)Compare with similar supplier ;knowledge field information ; (3)Established cost calculate formula ; (4)Improve negotiate skills.  ⒇KPI and achievement

 (21)How to achieve the cost saving target?（如何达到节省成本的目标）

(1)we can organize technical review ,check part structure rationality , calculate each plan cost . material performance and necessity ;

(2)Check processing method and process technology . Because change craft will reduce cost . (3)Select adapt process equipment .

I think my abundant working experience will help me better work , i'm familiar with project development process , familiar with part structure design , familiar with material performance , this will help me better work , i will do it very excellent .

I lack of purchase experience is my biggest weakness , i will continually learn and accumulate . sometimes , i always scant praise to my colleague , but now , i am changing this status .

My manager sometimes describe me is Working hard , carefully , they are assured to me . What kind of supervisor would you like to work with together regarding the personality?（你喜欢什么样的上司一起工作）

I work about four years , i get on well with each other . however , i will adapt my mentality , modestly study , i ensure i have a good job .
