Step 1. Warm-up 1. Greeting

T: Good morning, class. Ss: Good morning, Miss Ji. 2. Free talk

(1) T: Hi, I’m Miss Ji. S1: Hi, I’m ….

T: Good morning, S1.

S1: Good morning, Miss Ji. (2) S1:Hello/Hi, I’m Yang Ling. S: Hi, Yang Ling.

S2: Good morning, I’m Mike. S: Good morning, Mike.

Step 2 Presentation 1. Lead-in

T: Today we’ll watch a cartoon. But before that, you should finish the task.

(1) Mike在学校遇到李老师,他如何打招呼的?

S1: Hi, Miss Li.

S2: Good morning, Miss Li.

(2) Mike的同学们又是如何和他打招呼的? S1: Hi/Hello…

(3) 下午,李老师和全班同学问候: S: Good afternoon, …

(4) 放学回到家,Mike见到爸爸妈妈,会怎么样打招呼呢? S: Hi/Hello/Good evening,… T: Great! You all did very well.

2. Cartoon time

(1) T: Let’s watch the cartoon with Mike and know some new friends. (呈现问题) Who are they?

(2) Sam: (PPT出现Sam) Hello, I’m Sam. Meow, meow. I’m a cat. S: Hello, Sam.

(3) Bobby: Hi, I’m Bobby. Squeak, squeak. I’m a mouse. S: Hi, Bobby.

(4) Let’s listen and imitate Step 3 Consolidation 1. Let’s act

教师先和一个学生做示范表演Cartoon time,然后给学生时间练习。最后可以请几组学生让学生带着Bobby Sam头饰来上台表演。鼓励学生发挥想象力给故事加一个结尾。

2. T: Very good. Now let’s listen to a song Good morning. (1) Listen to the song (2) Learn to sing

T: Can you change some words in the song to make a new one? (教师可以指导学生将歌词进行改变,如将 my dear改为同学名字等,增加趣味性)

本节课是第三课时,主要对前两课时的内容进行简单复习并学习Cartoon time。在本课导入环节,教师提议大家一起看动画片,学生的积极性一下子被调动起来。可是,在看卡通的时候遇到了问题,必须先完成“考考你”的内容才能看到卡通“考考你”的这个环节主要是以Mike为主线,通过设计一系列场景问题,考查学生对所学日常用语的正确运用。
