Having Enough Sleep for Children
Sleeping is very important to the growth of children. We did a survey about it.
There are 10,000 children between the ages of 10 and 15 who sleep less than eight hours per night. Because competitions in school are fierce, and more time is spent studying after class. Some children go to bed at 11 o’clock and get up at 7 o’clock. That is because the pressure from family and school makes them sleepless.
In order to solve the problems, students should try their best to finish their schoolwork as soon as possible. Schools should decrease the pressure on students and encourage students to take part in more outdoor activities. Parents should help children keep a balance between studying and relaxing.
