【摘 要】分析水利财务管理信息系统现状及面临的问题,提出水利财务管理信息系统建设的目标、原则和要求,基于新形势下水利财务管理的需求,从系统总体架构、部署架构及系统各组成部分内容等方面给出水利财务管理信息系统的建设构想.%The article analyzes present situation and problems of water resources financial management information system, puts forward the objectives, principles and requirements on construction.
