I'm a student. I'm not perfect and I make mistakes sometimes. Recently, I made a big mistake. I forgot to hand in the homework on time.

My teacher was very angry with me and gave me a punishment. I felt so sorry for my mistake. I thought it was my fault. I should have been more careful and paid more attention to the deadline.

After that, I realized that it was very important to hand in the homework on time. I will never make the same mistake again. I will work harder and be more organized. I know that I can do better if I try my best.
