Description

It mainly introduces the different features of four seasons. After this lesson, the students will be able to:

1. know the vocabulary related to seasons and weather 2. know the use of adjectives

3. know more about how four seasons are like in different places 4. know how to communicate with others concerning the seasons topics.

Students might have difficulties in new words in the reading texts, the use of adverbs, adjectives.

e.g. PPT, placards, guitar(play some songs about seasons)

Step 1 Warm-up & lead-in（8’） 1.Greeting(ask them the weather, ask

them the seasons and ask them which season they like best)

1. Repetition(follow me to read the text guided practice for twice & let them practice on their own freely for 5 minutes),

them—let them form groups to share their opinions and let them organize the best version to demonstrate in the class) Reproduction (induce them to write a short paragraph in three aspects about their favorite season: the weather, the typical features and the best thing they will choose to do in the season.)
