The name of Rizaho originates from an old saying “It is the first to get the sunshine”.
Rizhao is a new rising port city located at the southern end of Shandong Peninsula（半岛） along the coast of the Yellow Sea in the east, facing Yimeng Mountainous Area in the west, Qingdao and Weifang in the north and Liangyungang in the south. Rizhao is a small city. It has a total area of 5000 square kilometers and has a total population of 3 million.
With the aim of building a beautiful, rich and open city, Rizhao have fully utilized the advantages of port, geographic location and ecological environment.
