退费规定 Refund Policy



报名费 / Application Fee

所有学习项目：除因无法开班可退报名费外，其他无论何种原因，已支付的报名费一概不退。

All the programs: The paid application fee will not be refunded no matter what reasons except the program is failed to open.

学费 / Tuition Fee （自费生/for Self-funded Students）

课程正式开始之前的工作日到校申请退学，已付学费可全额退还。休学不退学费。 The paid tuition fee will be fully refunded if the student applies to quit during the working day before the program officially starts. Student who suspends the study are not eligible to get the refund.

无论学生报到或上课与否：开学第一周内办理退学手续，已付学费可退 50％. 第二周开始，无论学生报到或上课与否，已付学费一概不退。

No matter one has enrolled or attended the class or not. Once the program officially starts, 50% of paid tuition fee could be refunded if one applies to quit during the working day within the first academic week. No refund from the second academic week.

退费办理 / Process the Refund

退费手续必须由学生亲自到校办理，不接受电话或邮件申请与办理

It must be processed by the student him/herself at office. Application for refund by phone calls or emails will not be accepted.

规定退费必须出示相应发票原件，否则不予办理。

Original payment receipt must be presented while claiming a refund.

凡持我校办理的 X2签证或居留许可（学习）的学生，退费前必须先办理签证注销手续。 X2 visa or Residence Permit-RP (study) processed through University of Shanghai for Science and Technology must be cancelled (at visa center) first before processing the refund.
