格式2: 星期几，日期(基数)+月份+年份/星期几+the+日期(序数)+of+月份+年份 e.g.
On Saturday the 13th of April, 2019 Jack was born. On Saturday, 13 April 2019 Jack was born.
2、只有年份在英语中的格式 在2019年：in 2019
在2018年后：after 2018 自从2017年：since 2017
3、只有日期和月份的表达 格式1：月份+日期（基数） e.g.
4月21日 April 21
格式2：the+日期(序数)+of+月份 e.g.
The 21st of April The 22nd of May The 13rd of June The 14th of July
注意只有日期和月份的情况下使用时是不用逗号的
