Should we always tell the truth



Being honest is important and necessary. But should we always tell the truth? I don’t think so. Sometimes we should tell White Lies.

A few years ago, Tom’s grandpa was seriously ill. He had cancer. The doctors said he would live for less than one year. Some people suggested that they should tell the old man the truth. But Tom’s family members kept the secret. The old man thought that he had a common disease. He didn’t worry about it. Miraculously, he is still alive today. So, sometimes it is necessary for us to tell white lies.
