What’s food safety?according to WHO, Food safety is a problem that poisonous and harmful substances in food effect public health.it recalls me the KFC Sudan accident in 2005,and the Melamine accident in 2008. “Shoo Rou Jing” poisoning accident in Guangzhou and Shanghai in 2006. Why there are so many food safety accidents in our life?
The first one is Profit driving, and at the same time the professional and manager lack professional knowledge and safety-crisis consciousness in food corporation.
